Is there will be world war 3 ?

I am totally disagree with above statement that there should be happenings of world war 3. There were many reasons which i personally find out are as follows:-
- Now a days if we talking about current scenario then there is approx 8 countries which have nuclear power. And we all are well aware of Hiroshima and Nagasaki incident.
- As every big nations for eg. USA, Britain, France, Japan, India etc. having nuclear nations. So if war held then whole earth got destroyed.
- Now it is day of diplomatic talks. So if there will be any chaos then it will be dissolved through diplomacy

India's situation related to drug abuse
According to the National Crime Records Bureau, there were 3,647 such suicide cases in India in 2014, of which Maharashtra reported the highest, at 1,372. This was followed by Tamil Nadu, with 552 cases and Kerala, with 475.
Punjab reported 38 such cases. However, as calculations by Scroll.in show, the incidence of drug-related suicides – the number of cases divided by the population – in the state was much lower than the national average.
